Our Food Trailer is based in Vero Beach – Florida, bringing an alternative to the community with Home-Style Food, with the flavor of Ms. Wanda, a Puerto Rican self-taught Chef with experience in the kitchen and restaurant business and management of over 25 years in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Our food includes; Combo style plates or items you can pick and order. Puerto Rican Adobo, our own made Sofrito and Sazon will provide the island’s seasoning, Flavors, and comfort food that will take you back to your grandma’s house.

Allow us to serve you and experience our variety of menus. A different plate every day to include different styles of Chicken, our signature Roast Pork (Pernil), Fried Pork Chunks (Carne Frita), Beef, Seafood and more. With some of our usual Empanadas in over 12 flavors, Alcapurrias, Sorrulitos de Maiz (Corn Fritters), Bacalaitos (Cod Fish Fritters), Desserts, and other goodies for your enjoyment.
